Upon receiving your order we may put your order on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received and/or carry out a standard check on your payment wire to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Once the Goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the sum paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of Goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

A parcel with external damages or signs of accidental transportation must not be accepted by the Buyer and the event immediately reported to the Seller.
(e) Warranty
Where the Goods are found to be defective, the Seller shall opt to replace defective Goods free of charge or receive a full refund, both options within the manufacturer’s warranty period of 1 year and subject to the following conditions;
e.1. the Buyer notifying the Seller in writing immediately upon the defect becoming apparent,
e.2. the defect being due to faulty design, materials or workmanship,
e.3. any Goods to be replaced or refunded shall be previously returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense, if so requested by the Seller.
